About Brandon Sullivan

Brandon Sullivan is a real estate professional for Keller Williams in Fort Myers, Florida. Since the age of eighteen, Brandon began developing his love for real estate. He attended high school classes in the day and excelled in real estate education courses in the evening. He circled back around to real estate a few years later and began his journey with Prudential Real Estate Services in Roseburg, Oregon. Within one year he became one of the top agents in the office and continued to maintain this level of success throughout the next six years. He contributes that achievement to hard work, the atmosphere of his office, the continuous support of specific agents, and listening to the needs of his many clients. In 2007, Brandon moved across the country to the sunny town of Cape Coral, Florida.

It was here that he turned his focus on building a photography business with his beautiful wife. He can now proudly say it is a thriving photography business and incredibly well-known in the Southwest Florida area. Real estate never being far from his heart, in 2016, Brandon invested in a vacation rental in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Brandon took on the challenge of personally operating the vacation rental remotely. He says it was not without trial and error and developed new skills and grew through the challenges. Brandon figured out ways to efficiently operate his vacation rental remotely and has the desire to help his clients with their own vacation rental. He welcomes the opportunity to assist clients in starting a vacation rental portfolio, investing in newly constructed homes, the ability to market and sell their real estate investment, or providing any other real estate investment expertise you may need.
